The Sinaloa Cartel is associated with the label “Golden Triangle”,
which refers to the states of Sinaloa, Durango, and Chihuahua. The
region is a major producer of Mexican opium and marijuana. According to
the U.S. Attorney General, the Sinaloa Cartel is responsible for
importing into the United States and distributing nearly 200 tons of
cocaine and large amounts of heroin between 1990 and 2008.
Background
Pedro Avilés Pérez was a pioneer drug lord in the Mexican state of
Sinaloa in the late 1960s. He is considered to be the first generation
of major Mexican drug smugglers of marijuana who marked the birth of
large-scale Mexican drug trafficking. He also pioneered the use of
aircraft to smuggle drugs to the United States.
Second generation Sinaloan traffickers such as Rafael Caro Quintero,
Ernesto Fonseca Carrillo, Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo and Avilés Pérez’
nephew Joaquín ‘El Chapo’or “Shorty” Guzmán would claim they learned all
they knew about narcotrafficking while serving in the Avilés
organization. Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo, who eventually founded the
Guadalajara Cartel, was arrested in 1989. While incarcerated, he
remained one of Mexico’s major traffickers, maintaining his organization
via mobile phone until he was transferred to a new maximum security
prison in the 1990s. At that point, his old organization broke up into
three factions: the Tijuana Cartel led by his nephews, the Arellano
Félix brothers Cartel, and the Sinaloa Cartel, run by former lieutenants
Héctor Luis Palma Salazar, Adrián Gómez González and Joaquín Guzmán
Loera (El Chapo).
Leadership
Sinaloa Cartel hierarchy in early 2008The Sinaloa Cartel used to be
known as La Alianza de Sangre (“Blood Alliance”). When Héctor Luis Palma
Salazar (a.k.a. El Güero) was arrested on 23 June 1995, by elements of
the Mexican Army, his partner Joaquín Guzmán Loera took leadership of
the cartel. Guzmán was captured in Guatemala on 9 June 1993, and
extradited to Mexico, where he was jailed in a maximum security prison,
but on 19 January 2001, Guzmán escaped and resumed his command of the
Sinaloa Cartel. Guzmán has two close associates, Ismael Zambada García
and Ignacio Coronel Villareal.[20][21] Guzman and Zambada became
Mexico’s top drug kingpins in 2003, after the arrest of their rival
Osiel Cardenas of the Gulf Cartel. Another close associate, Javier
Torres Felix, was arrested and extradited to the U.S. in December
2006;[22] so far, Guzmán and Zambada have evaded operations to capture
them.
On 29 July 2010 Ignacio Coronel was killed in a shootout with the Mexican military in Zapopan, Jalisco.
OperationsThe Sinaloa Cartel has a presence in 17 Mexican states,
with important centers in Mexico City, Tepic, Toluca, Zacatecas,
Guadalajara, and most of the state of Sinaloa. The cartel is primarily
involved in the smuggling and distribution of Colombian cocaine, Mexican
marijuana, methamphetamine and Mexican and Southeast Asian heroin into
the United States. It is believed that a group known as the Herrera
Organization would transport multi-ton quantities of cocaine from South
America to Guatemala on behalf of the Sinaloa Cartel. From there it is
smuggled north to Mexico and later into the U.S. Other shipments of
cocaine are believed to originate in Colombia from Cali and Medellín
drug-trafficking groups from which the Sinaloa Cartel handle
transportation across the U.S.border to distribution cells in Arizona,
California, Texas, Chicago and New York.
l
Prior to his arrest, Vicente Zambada Niebla (“El Vicentillo”), son of Ismael Zambada García (“El Mayo”), played a key role in the Sinaloa Cartel. Vicente Zambada was responsible for coordinating multi-ton cocaine shipments from Central and South American countries, through Mexico, and into the United States for the Sinaloa Cartel. To accomplish this task he used every means available: Boeing 747 cargo aircraft, narco submarines, container ships, go-fast boats, fishing vessels, buses, rail cars, tractor trailers and automobiles. He was arrested by the Mexican Army on 18 March 2009 and extradited on 18 February 2010 to Chicago to face federal charges.
In the late 1980s, the United States Drug Enforcement Administration believed the Sinaloa Cartel was the largest drug trafficking organization operating in Mexico. By the mid-1990s, according to one court opinion, it was believed to be the size of the Medellín Cartel during its prime. The Sinaloa Cartel was believed to be linked to the Juárez Cartel in a strategic alliance following the partnership of their rivals, the Gulf Cartel and TijuanaCartel. Following the discovery of a tunnel system used to smuggle drugs across the Mexican/US border, the group has been associated with such means of trafficking.
By 2005, the Beltrán-Leyva brothers, who were formerly aligned with the Sinaloa Cartel, had come to dominate drug trafficking across the border with Arizona. By 2006, the Sinaloa Cartel had eliminated all competition across the 528 km of Arizona border. The Milenio (Michoacan), Jalisco (Guadalajara), Sonora (Sonora), and Colima (Colima) cartels are now branches of the Sinaloa Cartel.
In January 2008 the cartel allegedly split into a number of warring factions, which is a major cause of the epidemic of drug violence Mexico has seen in the last year.[33] Murders by the cartel often involve beheadings or bodies dissolved in vats of acid and are sometimes filmed and posted on the Internet as a warning to rival gangs.
l
Atlanta has been used as a major U.S. distribution center and accounting
hub, and the presence of the Sinaloa Cartel there has brought ruthless
violence to that area.
Arrest and seizuresOn 11 May 2008, Alfonso Gutiérrez Loera, cousin of
Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán Loera and 5 other drug traffickers were
arrested after a shootout with Federal Police officers in Culiacan,
Sinaloa. Along with the captured suspects, 16 assault rifles, 3
grenades, 102 magazines and 3,543 ammunition rounds were seized.
On 25 February 2009, the U.S. government announced the arrest of 750
members of the Sinaloa Cartel across the U.S. in Operation Xcellerator.
They also announced the seizure of more than $59 million in cash and
numerous vehicles, planes, and boats.
In March 2009, the Mexican Government announced the deployment of
1,000 Federal Police officers and 5,000 Mexican Army soldiers to restore
order in Ciudad Juárez, which has suffered the highest number of
casualties in the country.
On 20 August 2009, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
dismembered a large Mexican drug operation in Chicago, and uncovered a
major distribution network operated by the Flores crew led by twin
brothers Margarito and Pedro Flores that operated out of that city. The
drug operation allegedly brought 1.5 to 2 tons of cocaine every month to
Chicago from Mexico and shipped millions of dollars south of the
border. The shipments were mostly bought from the Sinaloa Cartel and at
times from the Beltrán-Leyva Cartel, and it is assumed that both cartels
threatened the Flores crew with violence if they bought from other
rival drug organizations.
The Sinaloa cartel’s loss of partners in Mexico does not appear to
have affected its ability to smuggle drugs from South America to the
USA. On the contrary, based on seizure reports, the Sinaloa cartel
appears to be the most active smuggler of cocaine. The reports also
demonstrated the cartels possess the ability to establish operations in
previously unknown areas, such as Central America and South America,
even as far south as Perú, Paraguay and Argentina. It also appears to be
most active in diversifying its export markets; rather than relying
solely on U.S. drug consumption, it has made an effort to supply
distributors of drugs in Latin Americanand European countries.
Current alliancesSince February 2010, the major cartels have aligned in
two factions: one integrated by the Juárez Cartel, Tijuana Cartel and
Los Zetas; the other faction integrated by the Gulf Cartel and Sinaloa
Cartel. In addition to maintaining its anti-Zetas alliance with the Gulf
cartel, Sinaloa in 2011 affiliated itself with the Knights Templar in
Michoacan, and to counter Los Zetas in Jalisco state, Sinaloa affiliated
itself with the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.

Anonymous Hacktivist and Hacker Group retreats from Mexico / Mexican Los Zetas Drug Cartel confrontation
https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2011/nov/02/anonymous-zetas-hacking-climbdown
Plans by the hacker collective Anonymous to expose collaborators with Mexico's bloody Zetas drug cartel – a project it dubbed "#OpCartel" – have fallen into disarray, with some retreating from the idea of confronting the killers while others say that the kidnap of an Anonymous hacker, the incident meant to have spawned the scheme, never happened.
The apparent climbdown by the group came as one security company, Stratfor, claimed that the cartel was hiring its own security experts to track the hackers down – which could have resulted in "abduction, injury and death" for anyone it traced.

The Sinaloa Cartel (Spanish: Cártel de Sinaloa or CDS) is a drug-trafficking and organized crime organization based in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa, with operations in the Mexican states of Baja California, Durango, Sonora and Chihuahua. The cartel is also known as the Guzmán-Loera Organization and the Pacific Cartel, the latter due to the coast of Mexico from which it originated. The cartel has also been called the Federation and the Blood Alliance. The ‘Federation’ was partially splintered when the Beltrán-Leyva brothers broke apart from the Sinaloa Cartel.
The United States Intelligence Community considers the Sinaloa Cartel “the most powerful drug trafficking organization in the world” and in 2011, the Los Angeles Times called it as “Mexico’s most powerful organized crime group.”

Tau Gamma Phi TGP / Triskelion Grand Fraternity
Tau Gamma Phi (ΤΓΦ), also known as Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity, is a fraternity established in the Philippines. Its members call themselves Triskelions.
Tau Gamma Phi is one of the largest fraternities in the Philippines in terms of membership.[1] It has a sister sorority, Tau Gamma Sigma (ΤΓΣ), also known as the Triskelions' Grand Sorority.
History
The fraternity was founded on October 4, 1968 by students from the University of the Philippines Diliman.[2] Originally known as the Order of the U.P. Triskelions, the organization later adopted the Greek-letter name Tau Gamma Phi.[3]
In 1969, the fraternity established a chapter at the Philippine Maritime Institute. This was followed in 1970, with chapters at FEATI University, Mapúa Institute of Technology, and National University, in 1971 with a chapter at University of Santo Tomas, and in 1973 with chapters at Adamson University and the National College of Business Administration.[3]
When martial law was declared on September 21, 1972, by the late Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos, some university organizations including Tau Gamma Phi became targets of military harassment, believing that these school organizations posed a threat to the Marcos regime.[citation needed]
With martial law hindering most of its activities, the fraternity faced a decline in recruitment. In 1975, the fraternity explored the idea of including younger members. Recruitment began in the high school sector with the Junior Tau Gamma Phi (also known as the Junior Triskelions) founded at San Beda College–High School on February 7, 1974.[4]
The fraternity celebrated its 45th founding anniversary in 2013, with President Benigno Aquino III offering an official message of congratulations to the organization.[5]

Enjoyable Viewing: Crips Gang Members Kick BLM / ANTIFA Looters Out of Long Beach, California
In an age when gutless, namby-pamby progressive pantywaists are “too ‘fraid” to enforce law and order amid violent looters and Marxist-loving morons, you can count on the Crips to get the job done right.
In Long Beach, CA this week, Crips gang members allegedly through skinny-jean wearing looters out of their territory, eliciting heartfelt apologies from several of the “protesting bargain-hunters of peace” who think nothing of throwing bricks through store windows, or at cops’ heads.
Take a look! It’s delightful viewing to behold!

Portland Antifa Anarchist Communist Terrorist Picks Fight With Outlaw Bikers, Then Antifa Member Hailley Nolan Blamed Police When They’re Shot and Disrespected the Gypsy Jokers Biker Gang
Imagine the irony when the very same violent Antifa militants who spent the last two years promoting “Defund the Police” now blame those same police for not protecting them when their intended victims fight back.
Antifa in Portland apparently tried their bully tactics on the Gypsy Jokers motorcycle club over the weekend and things turned — surprise! — violent. In the end, with one dead and five more wounded (video), police try to put together just what happened.
Meanwhile Antifa is blaming the police, not themselves for the violence. At the same time, Antifa’s leaders are telling their members and people in general not to talk to the cops, and to pull down social media posts that contain photos and video of what happened…or else.
That sounds like witness intimidation, doesn’t it?
If police really were to blame for what happened, why isn’t Antifa falling all over itself to provide the evidence? After all, these violent extremists love to record their exploits.
The Post Millenial has the details . . .
A mass shooting late Saturday night has left one dead and five injured after Portland-area Antifa held a gathering in solidarity with Amir Locke, a 22-year-old black man who was shot by police in Minneapolis earlier this month.
A woman was pronounced deceased at the scene, and two men and three women were taken to nearby hospitals, according to the New York Times. Two suspects are reportedly in custody in response to the shooting, according to KPTV.
The shooting occurred at around 8 pm near Normandale Park.
Tweets from Antifa members and groups told far-left comrades that were present not to talk to police investigating the shooting, to delete evidence posted on social media, and to keep posts including photos, videos, and first-hand accounts related to the incident to a minimum “so that you don’t receive a knock.”
Antifa “journalist” Melissa Lewis, who was a co-plaintiff in a failed frivolous “Antifa troll” lawsuit filed in federal court against The Post Millennial‘s editor-at-large Andy Ngo, said that “[o]ne of us got a chunk of the shooter.”

Antifa Hailley Nolan hijacked a Portland Police news conference the next morning and in an incoherent rant, blamed cops for the dead woman and the others who were wounded. The woman, Hailley Nolan breathlessly claimed that white supremacist cops are sending Gypsy Joker motorcycle club members to snatch Antifa members.
“They are sending Gypsy Jokers to kidnap us. They are sanctioning this violence against us. We are dying. We are trying to peacefully protest and they are killing us. And I want to know if any of you care. I want to know if Ted Wheeler cares.”

Anonymous Spokesman Flees Over Safety Concerns
https://www.seeker.com/anonymous-spokesman-flees-over-safety-concerns-1765504062.html
Though the jury's still out on the veracity of Anonymous' showdown with south-of-the-border bullies, Barrett Brown has emerged as the face of the hacktivist collective, which last week bit off possibly more than it could chew when it threatened the Mexican drug cartel Los Zetas.
Last week we told you how Anonymous drew a line-in-the-sand ultimatum, threatening to go public with the identities of local police, journalists, taxi drivers and other allies who conspire with Los Zetas if the cartel didn't release a kidnapped Anonymous member.
Though Anonymous apparently called off their Operation Cartel (#OpCartel) after Los Zetas allegedly returned the kidnapped victim, Brown has decided to flee his Dallas home over concerns for his security. On Nov. 8, he tweeted, "I've got ex-military people releasing info on me and family. Have to leave Texas."
According to a tweet, members of #OccupyDC picked up the tab for a plane ticket to New York City after Brown tweeted "Anyone who can buy me ticket to NYC/Boston and have me pay them back in month, let me know. Transistor@hushmail.com. Home no longer secure."
Perhaps fleeing to more northern exposures was a good move for Brown - especially after a Mexican man was found decapited and dumped in the town of Nuevo Laredo, one mile from the Texas border. The man's hands were handcuffed behind his back, his body and head publicly strewn on a bloody sheet of canvas scrawled with the message: "Hi I'm ‘Rascatripas' and this happened to me because I didn't understand I shouldn't post things on social networks."
************************Motorcycle Monday: Portland Antifa Anarchist Communist Terrorist members like Alexander Dial / @BetaCuck4Lyfe, Anthony Amoss, Clifford Phillip Eiffler-Rodriguez, Amanda Layla Woelfle (@tradishskinbyrd) and @BernardPDXHRC Declared War On Oregon Motorcycle Clubs / Biker Gangs like the Free Souls Biker Gang and the Gypsy Jokers Biker Gang
https://autos.yahoo.com/motorcycle-monday-antifa-declares-war-160000181.html
Back on Saturday, July 16 members of Antifa followed through on vows to try disrupting a gathering at the HonkyTonk Bar in Salem, Oregon. The result of the far-left group’s actions is what some are predicting to be a war between them and several motorcycle clubs throughout Oregon. If that sounds to you like a confrontation which would be wise to back away from, you’re not alone. What happens next could be ugly.
Watch the latest Motorious Podcast here.
Originally, Antifa groups began rallying members and supporters to join a “counter demonstration” for the “Take Action Tour” event being held at the HonkyTonk Bar. They characterized the venue’s gathering as “racist” and catering to both “fascists” as well as “white supremacists.” That event was marketed by the bar as “Hero Appreciation Day” complete with a dunk tank, bike show, eating contest, live music, bouncy house, family-friendly karaoke, free hot dogs, etc.
According to several Twitter posts from accounts journalist Andy Ngo says are Antifa members, the group which confronted them was the Free Souls Motorcycle Club. The one percenter motorcycle club might not have the household brand name of the Hells Angels, however its roots run deep. Founded in Eugene, Oregon in 1968 there’s considerable controversy over the details of its foundation, history, and what its aims are today. Regardless, Antifa seems poised to take it and other one percenter motorcycle clubs on in Oregon, promising for a confrontation like they’ve never seen.
White Rose of the Willamette Valley used its Twitter account to complain after Salem police didn’t protect their fellow Antifa members during the confrontation. It said Free Souls and “other uniformed security” both “attacked and injured community members peacefully protesting” without supplying details or other evidence. Unlawful whatever on Twitter claimed “one of ours” was hospitalized from the fight, retweeting a different person claiming “Salem police literally backed away” when the Free Souls came out to confront them. Another Antifa account proceeded to dox several people involved in the confrontation, tagging their supposed employers as well as releasing other personal details.
It's not like Antifa is unfamiliar with physical confrontation. Per Andy Ngo, one of the organizers of the demonstration at the HonkyTonk Bar was arrested in 2021 after allegedly hitting a female police officer. Ngo claimed another in attendance plead guilty the week before for doing over $164,000 in damages to a courthouse.

Nobody knows for sure what comes next in this feud, but some purported Antifa members took to Twitter to either voice their concern for the group’s trajectory or encourage others to push forward in that direction. One person warned Oregon motorcycle clubs are “highly organised (sic) and relentlessly violent and have vast networks you don’t understand.”

Norteno 14 Gang
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlR49mIlFUI
Norteños (Spanish: [noɾˈteɲos] meaning Northerners; Norteñas for females) are the various, affiliated gangs that pay tribute to Nuestra Familia while in California state and federal correctional facilities.[9] Norteños may refer to Northern California as Norte Califas. Their biggest rivals are the Sureños from Southern California.[3] The statewide north-south dividing line between Norteños and Sureños has roughly been accepted as Bakersfield, California.[3] The gang's membership consists primarily of Mexican Americans.
Mara Salvatrucha, commonly known as MS-13, is an international criminal gang that originated in Los Angeles, California, in the 1970s and 1980s. Originally, the gang was set up to protect Salvadoran immigrants from other gangs in the Los Angeles area. Over time, the gang grew into a more traditional criminal organization. MS-13 is defined by its cruelty, and its rivalry with the 18th Street gang.
Many MS-13 members were deported to El Salvador after the end of the Salvadoran Civil War in 1992, or upon being arrested, facilitating the spread of the gang to Central America. The gang is currently active in many parts of the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America. Most members are Central American, Salvadorans in particular.
As an international gang, its history is closely tied to United States–El Salvador relations. In 2018, the gang's US membership of up to 10,000 accounted for less than 1% of the 1.4 million gang members in the United States, and a similar share of gang murders. The gang is often referenced by the United States' Republican Party to advocate for stricter immigration policies.

18th Eighteen Street Gang
18th Street gang, also known as M18, Calle 18, Barrio 18, La18 or Mara-18 in
Central America, is a ruthless, multi-ethnic transnational criminal organization
that started as a street gang in the Rampart area of Los Angeles, California.
They are considered to be the largest transnational criminal street gang in Los
Angeles and it is estimated that there are tens of thousands of members in Los
Angeles County alone. The FBI has documented close to 65,000 active gang members
and they are active in 120 cities in 37 U.S. states.

The Mexican Mafia (Spanish: Mafia Mexicana), also known as La eMe (Spanish for "the M"), is a Mexican American criminal organization in the United States.[1][3] Despite its name, the Mexican Mafia did not originate in Mexico, and is entirely a U.S. criminal prison organization. Law enforcement officials report that the Mexican Mafia is the deadliest and most powerful gang within the California prison system.[25]
Government officials state that there are currently 400–500 official members of the Mexican Mafia[citation needed] with thousands of hitmen and associates within prison and an estimate of more than 50,000 foot soldiers who also carry out its illegal activities on the streets in the hopes of becoming full members. The Mexican Mafia appears to have immense reach and influence into every Hispanic street gang in Southern California, including the notoriously brutal MS-13 and 18th Street Gang[citation needed] who are under the Mexican Mafia's control. The U.S. Government considers the Mexican Mafia to be "among the most powerful, dangerous and feared criminal organizations in the world", and even considers La Eme to be more dangerous and at least as powerful as any Mexican drug cartel.[7]
